Tim has started a facebook page to archive his solo music. From Tim: ”Hey all, I was digging through my archives and decided this would be a good place to collect my musical memories. I am currently only recording and performing with Marcy Nielsen Gilleand as our band Unity, but this is for my old school music. I will be updating the info here once in a while, and uploading old music/videos from time to time. I’ve got a lot in the vaults.”You can access the page HERE.

It’s that time again, to recap our years highlights. TMG Productions started off the year with a bang hitting half a million view of our Youtube videos, by the end of the year we would pass the 1.5 Million views mark! That’s over 1000 views per day average for the four years we’ve been broadcasting! Most of this years views were attributed to our two Michael Jackson tribute videos set to unreleased songs. The number one spot going to “If You Don’t Love Me” with over 50% of our total views!
In March of 2009, Tim’s rendition of “I Can Only Imagine” was featured in a promo video for a Colorado Mission. Shortly thereafter Tim launched a new video series called TMG Video Journals and has released three episodes this year.
On May 17th - Tim and Marcy launched a long-awaited new musical venture called UNITY with a global release of their first single and music video “Believe, a new website, photo shoot, and debut concert at Sonlight Fellowship in South Bend. Most of 2009 was then spent promoting Unity with seven more concerts to follow throughout the summer. In the fall Unity began working on recording new material for a full album to be released May 17th, 2010!
Following the passing of the King of Pop - on July 10th Tim was photographed by the Associated Press doing an impromtu impersonation of Michael Jackson on the dugout during the preshow for the MJ Memorial at Steel Stadium in Gary, Indiana. The picture went out all over the web and newspapers the next day even sparking discussion on CBS’s Early Show!
Although not as much headlines as previous years TMG Productions is still thriving and looking forward to 2010 with more exciting UNITY projects, and perhaps the return of the GBs!

I’ve always done the dancing, never really tried the look-a-like things, so a friend challenged me to see if they could make me up…

Our own Tim Gilleand was photographed by the Associated Press doing an impromptu MJ performance at the Memorial in Gary, IN last night. Tim was one of several dancers entertaining the crowds by jumping up on the dugouts during while pre-show music entertained the crowds. Tim’s photo was quickly grabbed up and attached to news articles about the celebration in his own South Bend Tribune to papers and websites in Houston, South Carolina, and countless others across the country. Following the Memorial which was attended by the Rev. Jesse Jackson and Michael Jackson’s father Joesph, the entire city erupted in MJ fever, dance parties sprouting up all over town. Tim danced for another 3 hours following the celebration.

As you know Tim was a Michael Jackson impersonator in his younger years.
This is a shame. He was just on the verge of a major concert series in London, now we will never know what was to come in just a couple weeks. Thanks for the inspiration Mike.
